This book is an integral part of our ACEr support network and can be purchased separately or as a part of a care package that consists of checklists, information sheets, medical diary, meditations and care cards.
I remember very clearly during a tour of Dad’s Aged Care Facility a lady was crying the whole time. She was trying to hide it but it was too much for her. I made a point of talking with her after the tour and reassuring her that this was the right decision and that her loved one would be OK. This really struck a chord with me as I remember how I felt when we were discussing options for our father.
